Location: Sanford, Florida

Hours; Monday- Friday 6:30PM-10:30PM

Job Overview: This position requires a hands-on approach learning, training and teaching new properties and cleaning technicians while keeping our current staff within compliance. The position requires excellent communication skills, an organized individual with the ability to properly problem solve and keep a clear mind while working in a fast-paced environment. Area Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with top notch leadership skills and a strong ability and to effectively lead a team.Hours range between 10-34 hours weeklyMust have open availabilityMust have valid license and proof of vehicle insurance

Must have own reliable transportation (This position does not have a company vehicle)

Should be only full-time position; this position requires time, dedication and attention

Must have basic understanding of the Commercial Cleaning & Maintenance Industry.

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise multiple locations, employees, supervisors and supply inventory within the designated area

- Provide leadership, effectively communicate with teams and guide the team to ensure, quality, operational excellence and safety and compliance of company policy.

- Conduct regular site visits to work, assess performance and compliance

- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives

- Implement strategic plans to achieve company goals

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Experience

-Excellent leadership and supervisory capabilities

- Strong background in process improvement & communication.

-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively

- Strategic planning skills with a focus on team development
