Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Flight Operations support groups to complete project tasks and provide informed guidance on various projects.
- Conduct analysis projects as allocated and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Attend industry gatherings and meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends.
- Assist in building business cases and authoring proposals.
- Review standard operating procedures and provide feedback on changes.
- Perform specific tasks as assigned by Flight Operations or DPS management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation, business, or a related field).
- Strong understanding of FAA Section 121 air carrier operations and moderate to advanced knowledge of specific areas of concentration.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Experience with Flight Operations infrastructure.
