Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Technical Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving issues related to internet connectivity, email support, and other technical concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your technical skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
