Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our chat support platform. You will work independently, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training and support as needed. This is a beginner-level position, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through our chat support platform

  • Provide training and support to customers on our products and services
  • Work independently, using provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Basic understanding of financial markets and products

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, using provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Experience working in a remote environment
