About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Support team as a Client Support Coordinator. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to kick-start their career in the music distribution and technology space. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our record labels and DSP partners, ensuring the quality of digital releases and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for record labels and DSP partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the quality of digital releases, verifying metadata and content accuracy before distribution to digital service providers worldwide
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve the overall client experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to optimize their use of our platform
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a clear passion for music and an affinity with the online music industry. You should have experience with classical music, either playing an instrument or handling classical metadata. Additionally, you should be customer and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills on an international level. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
