About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, serving as a caring and knowledgeable guide throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues using active listening and critical thinking skills, with a focus on first-call resolution and customer relationship building
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and timely issue resolution

  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to educate clients about our financial hardship programs, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Operate, navigate, and troubleshoot desktop computer systems, utilizing multiple software programs and databases to obtain and extract information, research client accounts, and document activities and changes
  • Continuously learn, interpret, and apply company and industry knowledge, practices, and procedures to deliver accurate and up-to-date solutions to clients
  • Meet and exceed client-centric performance expectations, focusing on quality of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Engage with feedback from leaders and team members to collaborate, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience, with high-volume experience preferred
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free home working environment
  • Strong computer technical skills, with the ability to learn and navigate complex systems and software programs
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bilingual skills, with Spanish being the preferred language
  • Previous experience working in a financial services or related industry
