Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account reviews, analyzing customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning with customer goals and objectives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to stay up-to-date on new products and services, and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the media or entertainment industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Disney media landscape, including linear and digital media
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the media buying and planning process, including RFPs, proposals, and campaign execution
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to stay connected and engaged with colleagues and customers
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
