With our proprietary Flexologist training program, we're committed to providing the finest stretching professionals in the industry. As a StretchLab Flexologist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about helping clients achieve optimal flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a best-in-class experience
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, helping them achieve their goals and build a loyal client base
• Contribute to StretchLab membership growth and retention through sales, outreach, and exceptional client care
• Manage client care by consistently updating client notes, booking weekly recurring appointments, and ensuring proper stretch techniques
• Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all clients
• Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company initiatives
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, providing a seamless client experience
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
• Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained, available for client use at all times

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a StretchLab Flexologist, you'll need:

• A degree in Exercise Science or a related field
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• A fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
• A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a love for the boutique fitness environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Certification in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, or yoga/Pilates instruction)
