Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to blithequark's mission of customer obsession. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Managing and updating customer accounts
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Requirements
