Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a thorough understanding of blithequark products and services. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to document customer interactions and update customer records accurately. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
