Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
