Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Amazon seller accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies
  • Conduct product research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a strong background in data entry and management
  • Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central and Amazon inventory management
  • Excellent data management skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage large datasets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new software and tools as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience working in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Google Data Studio
