Job Responsibilities

As a customer service support representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to high-volume clinician and patient billing inquiries across multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining appropriate response times and effectively documenting billing-related inquiries to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions
  • Participating in various projects that encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving, such as process improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction surveys

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or call center environment
  • Previous experience in healthcare or call center environments is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of medical terminology and billing processes
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce), with excellent technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline to meet performance goals and deadlines
