  • Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations, expanding your knowledge and expertise

  • Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints, ensuring that every journey is affordable and enjoyable
  • Create promotional materials for effective marketing, showcasing our services and expertise to potential clients
  • Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions, to ensure that our clients receive the most accurate and relevant information
  • Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips, ensuring that every client receives timely and personalized attention
  • Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients, resolving problems efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date information within our software, ensuring that all client data is accurate and secure
  • Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients, expanding our services and expertise
  • Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge of new destinations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for travel, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. The following requirements and qualifications are essential:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Fluency in English is required, with effective communication skills and a strong sales background as a plus
  • Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory, although a passion for travel and exploration is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, although training and support will be provided to ensure your success
