Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients while navigating the complexities of the travel industry. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs, assist with travel arrangements, and provide expert recommendations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy the flexibility that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Work with clients to determine their needs and assist with travel arrangements, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel/resort accommodations, and rental cars
• Complete required certification within a timely manner, ensuring you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your role
• Complete ongoing trainings with our company and travel partners, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios, researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years or older

• Must be a resident of the United States
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet access and a smartphone or computer
