Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance products to customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, products, and services to provide informed support to customers

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus!
• Business professional attire required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass State Licensing Requirements (for licensed insurance agents, experience will be considered for pay)
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 9-6pm, Saturdays 10-2pm (part-time available, please inquire within)
