Job Summary

As a Customer Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers through inbound calls. You will use your creative problem-solving skills to positively support and influence the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. This is a remote position, and you will work from home with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, resolving complex account inquiries and finding alternatives that meet customer needs

  • Personalize the customer's journey from start to finish of each conversation, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Assist with reservations and ensure accurate vacation details are provided to customers
  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Continuously improve and adapt to changing environments, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, Internet, and internal programs
  • Reliable high-speed Internet service and a focus space with limited distractions
  • Ability to work from home with a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays (Sundays off)

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience with MS Office and internal programs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
