Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling phone calls from existing customers of our clients, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. You'll work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser, to provide exceptional customer service. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work with your family commitments or other work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser

Essential Qualifications:
