Job description: Summary: Ideal Candidate will ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve goals, identifying and executing improvements for current processes, content, and lead generation. Candidate will also monitor and add to existing marketing and ad campaigns. As a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and brand identity. You will be responsible for editing and publishing high-quality video and photo content for our website and social media platforms by creating polished and engaging content weekly. Additionally, you will engage with our online community, build relationships with other social media account holders to increase our following, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar and strategy. Essential functions · Create Effective Digital Marketing Campaigns: Using the available technology, candidate will create and manage marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms (as needed) to gain exposure to our niche market and to boost revenue. Platforms include print marketing, SEO strategies and social media, etc. Capture and produce high-quality video and photo content for our website and social media platforms. · Create Content: Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to Marketing/ Business Development Manager. (Social media posts, marketing emails, content creation, blogs, magazine articles, etc.) Ensure all content aligns with our brand vision and guidelines. - Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Verify information and ensure accuracy of content after publication. · Report Analytics: Monitor the results of digital marketing efforts and report any successes or shortcomings to the Marketing Business Development Manager. · Analyze trends: Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare feedback to summarize data for Business Development Manager. · Engage with our social media followers, replying to comments and messages promptly. Competencies · Working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. · Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation · Proficiency in graphic design helpful · Social Media: Working experience overseeing campaigns on the most current social media platforms and knowledge of their effectiveness in promoting services and products to targeted audiences. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Communication Skills: Excellent writing, communication, presentation and editing skills · Website Management: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS preferred (Note to self: CSS is the aesthetics of a website, separating the content from headlines.) · Analytical skills: Analyze marketing results and make recommendations on ways to improve or increase the success of marketing efforts. Minimum Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, Graphic Design, Journalism or related field a plus · 2 years experience of content writing or copywriting · Marketing: 1 year experience minimum · Social media management: 1 year (Preferred) · Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PPT · 2 years Design Software experience: Photoshop, Canva or similar, ChatGPT / AI, SEO campaign tools and Content Management systems (WordPress) Benefits: Weekly paychecks Paid Holidays, sick time and vacation time 401K Matching Great culture, people and work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits:
