- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into business performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare data and materials for internal reviews, leadership meetings, and investor updates
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tableau) is a plus but not required
