Job Summary

As a customer service and appointment setting representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients across a range of industries, including customer service, order support, sales, appointment setting, consulting services, and technical support. You will also have the opportunity to work with our virtual insurance agency, providing insurance services to clients and helping them navigate the complexities of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients across a range of industries

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Set appointments with clients and schedule follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
