As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them navigate our products and services with ease.

About the Role

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with our service standards. You'll receive and/or place telephone calls, predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Your primary goal will be to answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas. To excel in this role, you'll need to maintain detailed and current knowledge of our company's/assigned client's products and services. You'll analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable. Additionally, you'll require the ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite

• Work on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
