Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Administrator Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in nationwide and local paid Focus Groups and Market Research assignments
  • Sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients
  • Completing written and oral instructions
  • Participating in online or in-person discussions
  • Providing feedback on consumer products and services
  • Participating in multi-session studies
  • Completing written surveys for each panel
  • Using products and/or services provided, if applicable
  • Discussing topics prior to the meeting date

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
  • Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
  • A desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
  • The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong desire to provide valuable feedback and insights
