About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate equipment repairs. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction, improving processes, and contributing to the overall success of our service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer repair requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with Repair Technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and facilitate timely dispatch to customers, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, driving productivity and efficiency gains.
• Participate in and/or lead initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and internal service goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to handle complex customer interactions.
• A proven track record of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
