As a Remote Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling live chat messages from customers on our website and social media accounts. You will provide support and answer questions from existing and potential customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live chat support to customers on our website and social media accounts

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Essential Qualifications

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
