T&E Analyst - Card Admin [Remote]

Overview and Responsibilities: The T&E Analyst - Card Admin will be working closely with the team of Card Admins and is responsible for the daily administration, auditing, reconciliation and management for the Paramount Global Corporate Credit Card, BTA and P-Card. The T&E Analyst - Card Admin is responsible for helping to manage the Global Corporate Card program which includes opening and closing credit cards, handling and monitoring program credit limits with the Bank, working with the bank-provided administrator systems / tools to manage the program, proactively ensuring credit card statements are paid on a timely basis ensuring that delinquencies are minimal, working with cardholders on resolving credit card issues, reporting credit card program issues to management on a timely basis, and ensuring timely reconciliation between the global expense-management system (Concur), the statements provided by the banks and the financial records of the company (SAP & Oracle), and assisting with auditing the expense report based on the business expense policy. Additionally, the ''T&E Analyst - Card Admin'' will also be responsible for assisting with inquiries regarding Concur, including but not limited to assisting employees with system issues and questions, assisting with card audits, and coordinating with the Global Process Owner on various Global process issues, policies and future system implementations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the Card managers to craft, apply and interpret robust analytical solutions to support business performance and decision making
  • Assist with daily administration and management of the global card programs which includes: (a) daily card administration with cardholders and liaising with the Bank; (b) handling cardholder information; (c) monitoring and auditing card program; and (d) performing monthly reconciliation of credit card statements paid to transaction detail submitted by employees into the global expense management system (Concur)
  • Card management: opening, closing, increasing credit limits as well as liaising with the Bank to answer any card related questions including fraud issues, suspensions, and blocks
  • Monthly corporate card statement management (download, payment monitoring, preparation of monthly payment requests)
  • Improve process with automations and standardization wherever possible
  • Monthly reconciliation of payments against submitted expenses
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of relevant accounting information in SAP

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excel skills
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • 3+ years previous experience working in a multinational Global Shared Services Center environment
  • Prior knowledge of SAP and / or other ERP systems desired (oracle)
  • Prior working experience with corporate card programs/travel and expense systems/processes
  • Demonstration of basic Accounting/Finance knowledge (e.g. account reconciliation, debits/credits, etc.)
  • Past experience in Card Program Administration, System Administration, Customer Service Support roles all highly desirable
  • Experience with z-options and GRAM highly desirable

  • Demonstrates ability to be a self-starter and take initiative and follow through
  • Excellent analytical skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written & listening)
  • Great teammate with the ability to work with and communicate with people at different levels within the organization to drive work forward
  • Experience in general ledger integrations a strong plus
  • Experience with international a plus
