Job Overview

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming chat requests and emails in a prompt and professional manner
  • Deciphering information from requestors to deliver accurate and timely responses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support to customers
  • Adhering to blithequark's guidelines and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

$35 per hour, competitive compensation for your skills and expertise

Skills/Background Needed:

+ Ability to access social media and website chat functions using a phone, tablet, or laptop + Independent work capabilities, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline + Proficiency in following provided guidelines and instructions, with a focus on quality and consistency + Reliable internet connection, with a stable and secure online environment

Location:
