Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services, working closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing product information in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using our customer support software to track and analyze customer feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge, and improve our products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and resolve their queries effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends to the management team for continuous improvement, helping us to refine our products and services.

  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both in English and Spanish.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
