Key Responsibilities
As a Homeoffice Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming chats: Use our LiveEngage platform to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Consulting customers: Enhance the value of their contact lens purchase by offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Proactively communicating: Engage with your manager and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and success in a virtual work environment.
- Maintaining high performance metrics: Meet or exceed revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability targets.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
