Earnings Potential
As an Experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Skills Needed
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software

Bookkeeping/accounting expertise
to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
Customer service experience
and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
Comfort with cross-selling relevant products
while addressing customer concerns.
Strong ownership of customer issues
in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
Tech savvy and avid computer user

Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor
.

Important Information
For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
