Key Responsibilities

As a German-speaking Customer Service and Sales Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers, providing top-quality service and expert product knowledge
  • Proactively addressing all queries related to the business, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls, managing email queries, and facilitating calls from B2B and B2C clients
  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of all product ranges, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth
  • Providing a professional approach, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with each customer, and delivering exceptional service

Personal Specification

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following competences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
  • Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Attention to detail, with high-level communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • German fluency (spoken and written)
  • Computer literacy, with experience in CRM systems and other customer service software
  • A strong desire to deliver the highest quality service for our clients' customers

Shift Options

We offer three shift options, each with a competitive salary and benefits package:

  • Shift 1: £25,000 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift (Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15, with varying hours on weekends)
  • Shift 2: £25,075 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift (Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15, with varying hours on weekends and Saturdays)
  • Shift 3: £27,350 per year, with a fixed shift (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 11:45 - 20:00, and Saturday, 08:00 - 16:15)
