The Role: Customer Care Associate

As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, working directly with our customers to ensure that all their questions are answered comprehensively and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to identify bugs and escalate them appropriately, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Pass along customer feedback to internal teams, helping us to continuously improve our products and services
  • Assist with side projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn and grow

Key Attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • A self-starter with problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business judgment, able to navigate complex customer issues with ease

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
