Position Overview

As a Full-Time Remote Chat Support Agent at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, respond to customer inquiries, and provide prompt and friendly customer service. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing product information, recommendations, and solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to senior support agents as needed.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with product and service information, making sure to provide the most current and accurate information to customers.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
• Collaborate with other support agents and teams to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through chat.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues.
