The Role

As a Customer Service Tech Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and assistance via telephone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes and access keys via telephone
  • Multi-tasking tools and screens to perform technical support assistance in an efficient and effective manner
  • Maintaining courteous and professional communication with end-users
  • Determining call resolution and documenting calls appropriately
  • Applying established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end-users, providing a positive customer service experience

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and/or weekends
