Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Selling new products and services to customers while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. If you have:

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Physical Requirements:

This role operates in a professional office environment, and you will be required to:

  • Sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
  • Operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
