About the Role

A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Management Consultants to collaborate on a long-term project focused on benchmarking and enhancing the reasoning capabilities of cutting-edge AI systems.

In this role, you’ll design and evaluate consulting-style scenarios, frameworks, and case analyses to help large language models (LLMs) learn how top-tier consultants reason, structure business problems, and communicate insights.

Your expertise will directly shape how AI systems interpret strategy, operations, and management challenges with human-level analytical precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation rubrics.
• Benchmark AI-generated responses against established consulting frameworks and real-world standards.
• Provide structured feedback on analytical rigor, communication clarity, and business reasoning.
• Conduct targeted research to inform prompt quality and evaluation consistency.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and consulting peers to refine model performance.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
• Strong skills in strategic problem-solving, market research, and structured analysis.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to logical consistency.
• Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources into coherent business narratives.
• Experience in case design, training, or performance evaluation is a plus.

Compensation & Contract

• Hourly Rate: $80–$120 USD/hour (depending on experience)
