  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines
  • Availability for 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
