We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing inbound communication related to our loan services. As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- Managing Inbound Communications: Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication related to blithequark's loan services.
- Providing Accurate Information: Address inquiries from clients and prospective customers regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures.
- Assisting with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining necessary documentation and next steps.
- Problem Solving: Assist clients with any issues or concerns regarding their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Following Up on Customer Inquiries: Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer requests and questions.
- Documenting Client Interactions: Accurately record customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborating with Loan Officers and Teams: Work closely with the loan services team to provide seamless customer service and escalate any complex issues.
- Maintaining Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Adhering to Compliance Standards: Ensure all client interactions and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial services.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex loan terms and processes clearly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems.

Compensation and Benefits
