The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for providing in-station, real-time support to our customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time and with a smile. You'll be the face of blithequark, connecting with customers in person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in person, via phone, and via email to provide support and resolve issues

  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Work a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule, including Sunday-Thursday 11:00AM-8:00PM
  • Perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, as well as standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and with good judgment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment

  • Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
