About the Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients and customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from patients and customers, providing empathetic and personalized support.
• Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges.
• Navigate multiple systems and databases to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy.
• High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule (24/7/365).
• Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
