Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blithequark. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interactions: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records.
  • Feedback and Upselling: Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services as required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need:

  • Experience: 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Typing Skills: The ability to type 25 words per minute accurately.
  • Education: A high school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency in navigating Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide solutions.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote team member at Blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You will be required to provide proof of your internet speed.
  • Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
