The Financial Analysis and Reporting Team

Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for providing critical financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. We work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and profitability. As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our team's efforts by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in our systems, including financial statements, reports, and other relevant documents

  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making, including identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial issues and opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to support business operations and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data entry, or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications, including Succeed

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate projects from start to finish
  • Experience working with financial models and forecasting tools, including SAS and SQL
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply financial concepts to support business growth and profitability
