Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, or Mississippi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment with a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and support - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining a distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection

Requirements

- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a preference for healthcare call center experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a closed-door room for remote work - Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40-hour work week) - Start date: December 7th
