Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting programs with the preparation of mailings for distribution to current and potential program members, agency staff, and external stakeholders
  • Making copies of program materials for mailing to program members, caregivers, and other program stakeholders
  • Scanning and filing correspondence in their respective locations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Picking up and delivering interoffice mailings/packages for the department
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the programs and services of blithequark

Education and Experience

* Minimum experience in clerical work

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities:

+ Willingness to take initiative + Very flexible personality type

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Knowledge of disability-related services and supports
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in a related field, such as disability support or administration
