Job Requirements

  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Previous Experience: Interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent Communications Skills: Ability to actively engage and listen to customers, exhibiting empathy and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to Learn: Willingness to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, applying those learnings in real-time
