Job Summary

As a Resolution Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, chat, and email interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize various systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues, including but not limited to, CRM software, knowledge bases, and escalation procedures
  • Provide expert-level support to customers, stores, and partners, while also promoting blithequark's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to, sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including but not limited to, first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on product and service offerings
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and to promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field preferred
  • Effective completion of any required training or certification programs

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Experience with sales, marketing, or operations teams, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues

  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
