Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
- Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Communicate complex data insights through compelling storytelling and visualizations to stakeholders across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
