Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations, you will play a critical role in managing blithequark's data entry operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. You will work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while also contributing to the development and implementation of quality management (QM) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts

  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
  • Participate in the development and implementation of QM Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
  • Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
  • Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
  • Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans
  • Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools
  • Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
  • Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the development of quality management initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)

  • At least an extended period of experience in healthcare or social work
  • Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience

  • High level of scrutiny and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
