Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals. Qualifications

* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
