As a Senior Client Solutions Executive II, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing account plans and strategies, and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Solutions Executive II, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Developing and executing account plans and strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues and advising customers on the suitability of products and services based on their technical needs
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and bids, including developing pricing and strategic plans and proposed solutions
  • Researching and developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering
  • Identifying key trends and customer needs, and leveraging industry knowledge and applications to close sales
  • Owning account relationships and meeting revenue objectives, with a sustained record of sales achievement
  • Effectively influencing customers to diffuse potential problems and developing strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams
  • Supporting less experienced sales team members through coaching and mentoring

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of direct work experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of the Federal Government's technology needs and trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proven track record of sales achievement and account management

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working in the Federal Government or with Federal Government contractors
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and data analytics
  • Experience with sales methodologies and tools, such as Salesforce
  • A certification in a relevant field, such as ITIL or PMP

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Senior Client Solutions Executive II, you will be eligible for:

  • A competitive base salary ($66,900 - $100,300)
  • Commission-based compensation (total target compensation: $124,900 - $158,300)
